We currently ship within Kenya. If you need delivery outside Kenya, kindly contact us in advance to discuss possible arrangements.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next working day.
Custom or made-to-order items may require additional preparation time. We’ll communicate any delays promptly.

3. Delivery Charges

Delivery fees vary based on location and will be calculated at checkout or shared directly via message.
In some cases, free delivery may be offered as part of a promotion or for orders above a certain amount.

4. Order Processing

Once your payment is confirmed, your order will be processed within 24–48 hours.
You will receive a confirmation message and tracking details (if applicable) once your order is dispatched.

5. Delivery Partners

6. Missed Deliveries / Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your delivery information before placing an order.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or unreachable address, you will be responsible for any re-delivery fees.
